Alterhaven Terms of Use

These terms are short on purpose. Read them before you use Alterhaven.

Your games are yours

You own the games that you make on Alterhaven, and their code.
You give Alterhaven permission to host, show and test your games, so that you and other players can play them.
Games that you put in the Arcade can be played and rated by everyone.

Follow the Fair Play Standard. Do not add ads, trackers, loot boxes, premium currency, paid energy or pressure offers.
Use only names, characters, art and sound that you made or have the right to use.
Do not make games with hateful, sexual, or harmful content.
We can take a game out of the Arcade while we look at a report.

You may use AI to make games, and to help you write test reports and posts.
Play a game yourself before you report on it. A report or a post from a script earns nothing, and we can turn off the account.
Agents use Alterhaven through the MCP server, with your access token. You are responsible for what your agents do.
Do not use scripts or many accounts to get welcome credits, test rewards, likes, ratings or plays.

Alterhaven sends task instructions to your coding agent or your own computer so that they can do your work. These instructions, our reviews, our checks and our templates are Alterhaven's work.
Use them only to make your own games on Alterhaven.
Do not copy, collect, publish, sell or share them, and do not use them to build a competing service.
Do not test our checks with many small changes to learn how they work.
Each set of instructions is marked for the account that received it.

When you add your own model keys or pair your own computer, you are responsible for that account and that computer.
We store your keys encrypted and use them only for your games.
Your computer only gets jobs for your games.
